The Event--Digital Revolution: Upgrading Education for Digital Civilization

Last night, we hosted our final event, featuring the various group projects from our class.  It was huge success!  We had a great turnout and everyone seemed really excited about the projects and the class in general.  Even though I had seen the presentations previously in class, it was so fun to see the polished presentations.  Everyone did so well!

Thanks to Eric, one of my classmates, our event was broadcast live on justin.tv.  Here is that broadcast.

I feel like the event truly captured what this class has been about! Reinventing the way we learn . . . I think it is pretty safe to say that last night was a new type of learning experience for everyone who attended, and it was successful.  It is fascinating to see how you take 1 course, 2 professors, and roughly 40 students and you end up learning so much and having a great time!  There was such variety among the projects, and yet they are all connected by the principles we learned in this class.  Thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make it go smoothly!
